Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with World Order. Below is our Shipping Policy, which applies to all orders placed through [www.worldorderhq.com].


1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update.


4. Shipping Providers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers depending on your location and selected shipping method.


5. Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, military APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Expedited options may not be available for all destinations.


6. International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to select countries. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@worldorderhq.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.


9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.


10. Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer

World Order partners with Apliiq, a third-party production and fulfillment provider, to create and ship our custom apparel. As such, fulfillment timelines may occasionally be impacted by vendor-related delays, including supply chain issues, equipment disruptions, or high production volume.

We do our best to communicate any delays promptly, but please understand that once your order is submitted for production, it is subject to Apliiq’s manufacturing and fulfillment schedules.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of extended timelines due to circumstances beyond our direct control.
